We started the month of February off with two different field trips. The first was to Millerton Lake to look for Bald Eagles that nest there in the spring. We saw one eagle very far off in a tree. Though a few days later I saw one in a tree on the way to town, the first I have seen in the area around our home. Zane's friends Parker and Sawyer joined us on the trip.

Our second field trip was to the World Ag Expo. Once again it was fun to try out all the tractors.

While I was in DC, Zane and Casey were in the middle of a large snow storm at Hartland. When I got home and over the next few days we had around 4-5 feet of snow. The power was out for 8 days, it was quite the adventure.
