The month of January found us mostly covered in snow. The first weekend found us dry and fairly warm. We headed down the hill to Dry Creek Preserve. Someone has slowly been building a frisbee golf course and we decided to check it out and play part of the course. It is quite lengthy and in an hour and a half we did seven holes.

And then the snow came. The first round brought about a foot of snow. And about a week later we got another foot or more of snow. So enjoy some snowy pictures.

And just because we have enjoyed the snow so much this year, here are some more photos from around Hartland.

January was definitely the month of Snow!!! But we really need the moisture. The week before we got the first snow, we actually had our power shut off for a day because of potential fire danger. Up until January it has been a very dry winter. So we will take all the moisture we can get.
